Our Story
In 1987, founder Rick Vaal identified a market need for superior car care products. Through extensive chemical research and development in 1988, he developed improved formulations that outperformed anything else on the market.
In 1989, The Lab Zone launched to serve professional detailers and enthusiasts. Since then, we have created thousands of formulations across various markets with an eco-friendly focus, growing from a small operation into a full-service manufacturing company.
Today, The Lab Zone guides you from product conception to production and even offers storage and distribution. We have five semi-automatic manufacturing lines and one fully automated line that can produce at rates of 50 8-32oz bottles per minute.
