Minimum Order Quantities
Fluids: 120 gallons minimum (a first order may be reduced to 60 gallons with no additional fee). Compounds, polishes, gels, and creams: 60 gallon minimum. Orders below MOQ are considered case by case and typically carry a 25%+ price increase; orders below 30 gallons are not accepted. Drums are always available in 55-gallon quantities.
Lead Times and Deposits
Standard production lead time is 4–6 weeks after receipt of the purchase order. The standard deposit is 50%; large orders may qualify for a reduced deposit. Expedited production is considered case by case and may include additional fees.
Packaging and Labels
Completed orders include bottled product with your labels attached, applicable bundled accessories or bagging, and boxing for shipment. Pricing excludes label printing and shipping.
Storage and Fulfillment
Bulk materials and finished products may be stored while shipments are prepared. Storage is $35 per pallet per month; in most cases, a single pallet does not incur a fee.
